Southern Cyclist Magazine caught this group of cyclists returning from an afternoon ride on the Longleaf Trace.

Meet, left to right, Paul Dunbar, President of the Hub City Cyclists, Tim Tynes, and Philip Thrower...liars all! They said they had just completed a century along the Trace. The Longleaf Trace is only about 80 miles, round trip. When confronted about this error they commented, "well, we fish too.

Dr. Bridgett Tah at Jackson Station on the Longleaf Trace
- Doctor Tah's knows about bikes and people -

Also peddling around the Longleaf Trace is Doctor Bridgett Tah. She is completing her intern tenure as a doctor of internal medicine.

When not working those famous long intern hours, she makes a trek every week along the Trace. Bridgett started with a 5 mile round trip. "I aiming to do a ride all the way to Sumrall. I am up to twenty miles now." One day she may even tackled the 80 miles round trip. So the next time you see Doctor Tah ask her if she has ridden to the Sumrall Depot yet.

Whether you are an enthusiastic rider or kindly YOUNG doctor get out there and ride!
